Eight Traffic control vehicles each equipped with: 16 (4 sets of) signs, plus 2 lane status signs, 4 stop slow bats, 150 cones, 6 Pedestrian signs, 8 Bollards, danger tape and extendable poles, rotating lights, Roof Mounted LED Arrow board, first aid kits, and two way radios. In addition to the eight fully equipped traffic control vehicles, we have the financial capability to acquire additional vehicles plus signage should the work load require it.

INCO Traffic Management takes the health and safety of our employees very seriously. It is mandatory for all of our staff to complete our induction (which contains a comprehensive OH&S segment in addition to 20 hours of on-site training) upon joining the company. The OH&S portion of the induction is conducted by one of our OH&S Officers, and familiarises employees with our OH&S Policy and procedures.

Our Team Leaders generally receive additional training in the form of advances First Aid certificates. We also require all of our employees to complete an OH&S Construction Induction, to further their knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to our industry. All training is thoroughly recorded on our internal training register, and also presents us with an opportunity to define responsibilities for OH&S within the organisation.

Our Quality Management System is continuously reviewed at our monthly management meetings, which are attended by all directors and state operations managers. Based on the outcome of these meetings, our process control policies, procedures and associated forms are updated to ensure that we maintain compliance with or exceed industry best practice.

Furthermore, we have developed a comprehensive auditing system to ensure that all of our policies and procedures have been implemented effectively and are being adhered to. Any non-conformances identified by our internal audits will require corrective action within 24 hours.

In addition, we regularly inspect each premise and complete inspection reports to make sure that all areas are managed in accordance with the agreed work plans. Continual monitoring of sites ensures that we deliver consistently high levels of service, in line with our Quality Management System.
